VEGAN RED CARPET

Pamela Anderson

Insert slow-motion beach run – You’re probably familiar with this shout out from Anderson’s role on the hit series Baywatch, but it’s also worth noting that Anderson is a vegan, an advocate for animal rights, and an active member of the animal protection organization People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). Taking part in (and stripping down for) several campaigns for animal rights. How’s that for making a statement?!

Calling All Vegan Songwriters/Producers

Hey Thrivers! We thought it would be pretty cool to run a fun competition for all vegans out there who know how to compose or produce music….or heck, know how to turn on Ableton, drag in a few ready-made samples and call it an original song! Anything goes with this comp… so long as the theme of the song is vegan inspired! No lyrics? No problem! Just give the track a vegan-themed title, like “We Are the Chickens,” or “Sweet Home Beyond Burger”. But wait, what are we doing, we shouldn’t be giving all these hints of creative genius away! Go off and be the innovative brain that you are, create something that will blow us away – any style, any genre! We know you have it in you and we can’t wait to hear it! Oh, you’re wondering about the prize…..uuuummm……Well, we’re a start-up, so we need to be a bit creative with the prize…..the chosen winner will get….a LIFETIME backstage pass to our community site! And if you’re a healthy vegan, you’ll probably live for AGES, so that will clock up to be a big prize over a lifetime! Plus, we can give you more fame for your brilliance. The winning track will be used for an IVWT promo video with your name in the credits! So hop to it rockstar! You have until May 30th, 2021 Midnight GMT to send your song, aria, opus, techno track, you name it, to comps@inveganswetrust.com. Rock on!!!
